The 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Nutrition Elective put their learning to the test. They researched and created a healthy meal. Today, they went into the kitchen to make their meal. It included fresh fruit salad, brownies made with coconut sugar, almond flour, and dark chocolate, sesame chicken, açaí bowl, and veggie pasta salad. Everything was healthy and delicious!
