A few reminders for our first day:
First Day Schedule (Half Day)
K–8 Dismissal: 11:30 AM
Preschool Dismissal: 11:00 AM
Arrival Information
K–8 families may park in the North or South Lot and meet in the courtyard for the start of the school day.
Preschool families should park in the North Lot and enter through the Preschool Entrance.
Parents, don’t forget to stop by our Yahoo/Boo-Hoo Breakfast from 7:30–8:30 AM under the pavilion! Whether you’re celebrating a first day or shedding a few tears, we’d love to see you as we kick off another wonderful year at St. Francis of Assisi.

Join us for our Back-to-School Work Night on Tuesday, August 4, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. We will be moving furniture, assembling new desks, and making sure chairs and other classroom items are in the right places.
Those who are comfortable assembling furniture are encouraged to bring a drill and drill bits. Whether you can stay for the entire evening or just lend a hand for a little while, every bit of help is appreciated!
Together, we can get SFA ready for an amazing school year!

He traveled to Holden Beach, North Carolina, with Kennedy, Stephen, Caroline, and Carter. While there, he soaked up the sunshine, dipped his toes in the ocean, and quickly learned that sand gets everywhere—even when you are flat!
Next, he headed to Disney World with Marie, where he explored Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. He loved meeting the characters and may have tried to convince Mickey that he was ready for a job as Disney’s newest—and flattest—cast member!
Finally, Flat Francis joined Victoria, William, and Thomas on their camping trip to Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Eureka. He met Yogi Bear, enjoyed a train ride, and spent Sunday morning celebrating Mass at Most Sacred Heart in Eureka.
Flat Francis is having quite the summer adventure! We cannot wait to see where he travels next!
