Today, on the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, the SFA community gathered at Mass to remember and pray for all those whose lives were lost or forever changed that day.
Students dressed in red, white, and blue as we honored the courage and sacrifice of so many and prayed for the families, first responders, and all who carry the memories of that day.
May we always remember. ❤️🤍💙

From phonics games and team-building activities to time spent playing together at recess, there are so many ways our students learn each day.
In Religion, students used balloons to learn about the soul God gives each of us. Just like we can’t see the air inside a balloon, we can’t see our soul—but we know it is there.
Faith, friendship, learning, and fun…just another great day in 2nd grade!

Through her faithful “yes” to God, Mary became a beautiful example of trust, love, and peace. May we follow her example as we strive each day to make ourselves channels of God’s peace.
Happy Birthday, Blessed Mother Mary!
Pray for us!

Mr. Adams read Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What Do You Hear? and then the kiddos used their sense of hearing to listen carefully and identify different animal sounds.
Learning is extra fun when we can hear it in action!
