Parish Committees
Generally, parish committees help with the on-going development, implementation and evaluation of various programs that are vital to parish life. Much of the work of these committees is carried out behind the scenes. A number of these committees function under the auspices of the Parish Council and others are sub-committees of the Liturgy and Finance Commissions of Parish Council. There is not necessarily a set length of time of service on these committees. Members of these committees often participate because of a sincere interest in and devotion to that particular aspect of parish life. Information, training and continuing education are provided for new and old members as opportunity presents.
